Horse Racing Form – Sandown – Wednesday 6 March 2013

Horse Racing - Australia

Slim pickings today around the courses with fields less than classy The last race at Sandown gives us a very classy horse in a competitive race worth a bet. Looking towards the weekend, there seems to be some higher quality races with easy to follower form lines this Saturday so stay tuned!

Sandown Race 7

General Offer has been scratched so there are no plays for today. Sorry!

General Offer is in equal class today after winning 3 of last four starts including a 3.5L win over Alert the Jeweller (good form lines) and 2nd behind Le Remas. Weighted nicely today after a last start win at Morphetville when losing a plate during the run. It is expected that he will be pushing forward to try and take a sit and barrier 16 is obviously the only issue. The good news is that the favourite Ninth Legion will be getting four or five back on the fence. Other chances in the race for mine are Clanga’s Glory, Sweet Ella and Academy Jack.
Confidence 80%
Strategy: General Offers place price looks huge value for such a classy horse. Happy to go 3 units to place 1 unit to win
