NBA – Friday 11 March 2011 – Betting options & tips

With 9 games on the cards we have looked at each game and given our     reasons behind each pick. For the last week, we have been taking     shorter   odds and less bets to increase our profitability.

We have listed the games in order of preference. This means number 1       is the most confident bet while 9 is least confident. I hope they     help   you with your tips and picking a winning bet.

Rank Away Home Win Touch/Don’t Line Reason
1 Boston Philadelphia Philadelphia Touch 10.5 Phily not lost by this amount in the last 16 home games. Boston coming off a loss to Clippers at home and only just getting over the line against sub-par teams.
2 Utah Minnesota Minnesota Touch 8.5 Minnesota are playing well. Love is on a roll. Even when they lose, they get close to teams lately. Utah not won by this amount in 25 games.
3 Portland Charlotte Portland Touch 4.5 Portland have won 4 in a row including a 24 point win over Charlotte. Charlotte have lost 6 in a row with last game lose by 17 to Chicago.
4 Detroit Oklahoma Oklahoma Don’t 0 Detroit have won 3 of 10 recently (Indiana, Utah and Washington) all bad teams. In Oklahomas last 9 games they have only lost to top 12 teams (they have also beaten some). Oklahoma will be too good but caution as Detroit got close to Spurs at home.
5 Sacramento San Antonio San Antonio Don’t -3.5 Sacramento have been close and very much in 4 of their last 5 games. Spurs only just got over Detroit by 7 recently. Not happy to take a -3.5 line here.
6 Orlando Golden State Golden State Don’t 12.5 Golden State are coming off a 7 game away trip. Went close to Boston, philly, nets and beat Cleveland. Orlando have not been playing very well and only just got over the line against Kings. Golden State could stun here.
7 Indiana Toronto Toronto Don’t 8.5 Indiana lost 5 in a row (thumped by 26). Toronto have lost by 2 and 1 in their last two games and winning a game 4 back. Toronto should win this.
8 Atlanta Chicago Atlanta Don’t 15.5 Atlanta have been dominated in their last 3 games. They did beat Chicago by 3, 4 games ago. Chicago won last 4 games. Can’t touch either team with records and Boozer out for Chicago. Atlanta should get the line.
9 Clippers New Jersey Clippers Don’t 6.5 Clippers have won 4 in a row including win over Boston last game in Boston. Nets have won 3 in a row and beat Clippers last game by 14. Clippers should be too good.

To achieve this line, we are using www.centrebet.com.au and we are                       choosing the PICK YOUR OWN LINE method     allowing   us   to   get   as     close   to     $1.25 odds     for the   matchs as     possible.  We   are   putting   the   same       amount   on     each   bet. While we   have   listed 3   options   to touch,  we will be touching all 3.
