Collingwood Magpies vs Carlton Blues
Pies have won the last three meetings by 54, 48 and 53, having not lost to Carlton since round 8, 2009.
Both teams have been in decent form with Magpies obviously showing the better form.
Pies by 37

Western Bulldogs vs Gold Coast Suns
First time meeting. Gold Coast lost to Carlton by over 100 points last week. Western Bulldogs on the other hand had a big win over Brisbane.
Bulldogs will be far too good.. the question is by how much
Bulldogs by 67

Adelaide Crows vs Fremantle Dockers

Adelaide won 4 of last 5 against Fremantle and last 3 home games.
Fremantle have suffered a few injuries and are not performing well. They got beaten by an undermanned Cats team missing 5 key players.
Adelaide were good at home. They have a few big outs but they should account for Fremantle.
Adelaide by 12

Richmond Tigers vs Hawthorn Hawks

Hawthorn have won 5 of the last 6 meetings.
Hawks go into the game missing Cyril Rioli who dominated last weeks game. Richmond showed alot against St Kilda without their leading goal kicker Riewoldt.
Hawks should be too good but it will be close up to 3 Qtr Time.
Hawks by 23

West Coast Eagles vs Sydney Swans
Sydney Swans have won the last 4 meetings between Sydney and West Coast by 63, 5, 5 and 52
West Coast have won their first two games in close endings. Both the teams they beat are bottom 8 for the year. Sydney should be a top 8 team this year.
Should be close… but if Sydney play like they did last week against Essendon, they will win.
Sydney by 18

Melbourne Demons vs Brisbane Lions
Melbourne have won the last two meetings by 50 and 10.
Melbourne drew their first game against Sydney and then got beaten by Hawthorn (bad 2nd half) last week.
Brisbane were detroyed last week by Western Bulldogs with a number of key injuries.
This game will be closer than most think.
Melbourne by 8

Geelong Cats vs Port Adelaide Power
Geelong have won 9 of the last 10 meetings and 28 of their last 28 games at skilled stadium.
The last meeting, Geelong won by 95.
The Cats have been impressive over the last two weeks have undermanned squads. It looks like most of the big names will return while Port lose their Captain.
This one is straight forward
Cats by 54

St Kilda Saints vs Essendon Bombers

Essendon has won the last 4 meetings against Essendon by 2, 33, 12 and 34 (Nab Cup).
Essendon have launched the season well with a good win over the doggies and a small loss to Sydney.
St Kilda have taken the opposite approach, with a 1 point loss to undermanned cats and a draw to Richmond.
Essendon will be too fast for a St Kilda with no Lenney Hayes and out of form foward line.
Essendon by 43

Our Betting Options

Covering all things Australian Rules Football for The Profits. I’ve been a passionate supporter and follower of AFL for as long as I can remember. Having been born into a family with deep football history and tradition on both sides, you can say it runs through my blood. I’ve got a keen interest in the stats and analysis of the game, which helped me finish in the top 100 of fantasy competitions DreamTeam and Supercoach last year. While my own local football career was cut short due to injury at 22, it has created an opportunity for me to frequently watch and build a deep knowledge of the sport at its highest level. I look forward to sharing my thoughts and views throughout the season.
