Moonee Valley Race 1 – 1500m
This is a race that will be run with a very genuine speed. Baffert is the horse i’m keen to follow after a very strong 3rd last start at course over 1600m behind Farson and Rising Red with the 2nd placed horse coming out and winning since. Both have gone up in class while Baffert takes a step back here. Expect them to push to lead if they know what is good for the horse to set a hot tempo.. and even if they don’t, Baffett will get the ideal run throughout.. but i’d prefer they push the speed and show them who the best horse is with 57.5kg in the race.

Moonee Valley Race 4 – 1200m
Last start saw Anatola finally break through for a win after a few luckless runs in transit. She won with absolute ease and remains in the same class here with a similar weight. From a prime barrier again today she will get the charmed run throughout.
The only real threat for mine on paper is Tiggy and this is a big step up in class for old mate Tiggy from a terrible barrier position.
