Red means Top pick. Blue means second pick and Green refers to a saver pick. Orange means a speculation pick.

Cranbourne Race 1
Frank The Ripper has some solid form on Slow tracks and could run well. Ran 1.5L 2nd at Course and Distance on a Heavy track four runs back.
Race favourite Correggio will certainly be the one to beat. Nolen on board out of Moody. Barrier 16 is a big issue and unknown on the ground but breeding suggests will be suited.
Finally, Kim Command has solid form lines and beat Correggio home by 1L last time they met.

Cranbourne Race 2
High Shot is having his first run today out of the Kent yard with Rawiller on. No trial form to go by so suspect will run well on breeding. Hard to be against in this class.
Rockedly was strong second up over the 1400m but the times seem a tad slow for this.
Star of Choisir is back in class here and if runs up to 5th in 2YO class three runs back, will be hard to beat.
Finally, Zachord who failed first up for Moody in a much harder race should be a good shot here today.

Cranbourne Race 3
Anniversary Belle is a hard horse to place. Was super impressive first start last prep in 2YO class getting within 0.8L after being slowly away. First up this prep didn’t show much but suspect can improve on in this class.
Awaayed was game first up but should find this a little hard once again.
Cool Choice is a Hayes horse with a bit of ability. Almost grabbed it last start after massively missing the start. Comes back strongly here.
Thanks a Million strong first up form in a very average 1000m time. Should still run strongly here.
Nolen riding another Kent first up runner. Have to respect Volume One. Want to see it in the yard.

Cranbourne Race 4
A very poor race overall and there are only two horses we are interested in.
The first is Jeepers Creepers who ran 1.9L behind a very handy Moody Lonhro colt in his trial. This trial could prove good form so worth taking note.
Finally, you can’t look past Seven Degrees. A very solid first up run and from barrier 3 should be close to the speed where you want to be.

Cranbourne Race 5
Finally we hit some ‘ok’ races.
There are three horses that stick out like a sore thumb and those are the top two and the Moody favourite.
Crosslands has run some super quick times over in New Zealand and has produced some decent runs back here in Australia. Down in class and only up 0.5kg so is weighted well. Only issue for the horse is the slow track but suspect will handle.
Manor Lady has been performing strongly in higher class and three back broke her maiden by 3.3L (poor time). Will be there at the end.
Finally, Noisette won a decent time race first up this prep and is bred well. The big issue is that it is going up in class and only won b y 0.1L and may be outclassed here.
Quaddie leg one: 1, 2, 7

Cranbourne Race 6
A strong race on form.
Starting with the toppie Leica Ding, returned from more than two and a half years off in a much harder race over a lesser distance first up this prep. This is the second run and you do have to remember taht this horse IS a Group 3 winner and has been competing in Group 1s. If returns with any quality at all at 8 years of age will be able to go close over this distance (1w 3p from 6)
Chateau Margaux was strong last start and will be suited by the additional 2L. Slow track really shouldn’t hurt the horse and is the one to beat. Is very short is the major issue.
Manila Jewel has never won on a slow course but won very well on dead two back and produced a strong run last start. Meets Chateau Margaux at the same weight and the only thing that could turn that form around is a better positioning run.
The one we really like today is Innocent Lady. Down 4kg from last start and meets both Manila Jewel and Chateau Margaux 2kg better off. Does run well on wet so will go very close.
Quaddie leg two: 1, 2, 3, 5

Cranbourne Race 7
Street Stall is a super interesting runner here. Off 58kg after claim this is a big step back in class. Has been off for nearly a year so that may be an issue but on previous form can go very close as long as there is no bias up front. Has won 2 from 2 at Slow.
A strong win over the distance at Mornington last start on slow for Mondano. This is a step up once again and seems to be weighted poorly but will be there at the end. Has trained on for this prep.
Stratumspehe is a quality runner who is best suited to this distance. Will go forward and get a good run out front from 57.5kg. Has won on slo and will go close.
Rockshaft seems to be value in this race. This is really a step back in class for the horse and if has trained on well, should go close.
Churn and Burn solid form and won well over distance on slow.
Grippet could be hard to beat if leads start to finish as form suggests on slow ground.
Paaratte Pat first up last start was HUGE. 55.9 over the 1000m and down 3kg from that run. Could go very well but big issue is the ground.
Quaddie leg three: 1, 3, 5, 8, 9

Cranbourne Race 8
Alrouz has some very strong form lines. Ignore last three starts and look back to two races before that. Comes intot his strongly having won 1 from 2 on slow. Should be heading forward.
Gogonski has some solid form lines. Suspect doesn’t go as well on slow as does on good but should run well.
Chill Reception has been unlucky not to win the last two starts. Does look weighted fairly here but question marks around the slow ground.
Magic Zulu seems to like it wet. Will need to improve on previous runs but can win this.
Ignore first up of Simple Arriba if you like it here. Solid two back and can run a good race here.
Cleaver was very strong last start over 1300m in a solid time. Weighted nicely here and has won 2 from 6 in this class.
Finally, Harlequin Manner could run well.
Quaddie leg four: 1, 4, 5, 10
