Race 7 Sandown
Tycoon Heights won two in a row before failing last start. Ignore that run and can go well today.
Too Deadly’s run was massive last start behind City of Song who has then won at city class again last start. Will becoming late once again. Big chance.
Gracie Louise won here four runs back at distance and was strong last start at Caulfield. Can go closer today.
Captain Fancypantz was HUGE first up this prep winning by 3.5L in a much easier race when going wide during race. Down 6kg today. Big chance.

Race 8 Sandown
18 runners accepted and running while I am writing this.
There are three runners here who stick out.
Cosentino’s first up run at course from an outside barrier was a very strong front running ride. Down in class today but up 5kg (the only issue) and up to 1500m, looks to be suited more 2nd up.
Fulgur is a classy Waller runner over from England. Pulled very hard first up and still went close. Only up 2.5kg today but should run well. Issue is the ground for mine though.
Lord Durante is a horse we have backed it’s last two starts and there is no reason to get off today. Down 2kg and only slightly up in class (back to Wednesday class after running 2nd in Saturday city grade seems down in class to me here). 2 wins 2 places at distance and from barrier 3 should be positioning further forward today. As long as he goes forward, He is a massive price (even if he sits further back than expected has the sprint to run on well).
